How we work

From your first enquiry to a working website

Tell us about your business and what you need from a website. We will prepare three free design concepts. If you decide to continue, we will agree the scope, price and timeframe. Once the documents are signed, the initial payment is received and the agreed start conditions are met, we will plan the details, build your site and prepare it for handover.

Step by step

Five stages of building your website

  1. 1

    Learn about your business

You tell us about your services, who they are for and what the website needs to do.

  2. 2

    Prepare the concepts

You receive three design options and decide whether to continue.

  3. 3

    Agree the work

We confirm the scope, price and timeframe, sign the agreement and receive the initial payment.

  4. 4

    Build and test

We create the agreed pages, configure the features and check how they work.

  5. 5

    Hand over the website

You review the result and pay the remaining balance. We hand over the website and instructions.

Who does what

What we need from you and what we take care of

You provide

  • A description of your business, services and who they are for.
  • What you want the website to help you achieve.
  • Existing texts, photos and brand materials.
  • Required features and any constraints.
  • A contact person to approve decisions.
  • The materials and access agreed for the start of work.

We take care of

  • Preparing and checking three free concepts.
  • Defining what we can build before payment.
  • Detailed planning once the agreed start conditions are met.
  • Building the pages and configuring the modules.
  • Testing the website and editing tools.
  • Preparing for launch and providing handover instructions.

We agree together

  • The chosen design and scope of work.
  • Pages, modules and content editing tools.
  • Your website's scope based on Website Core and the available modules, together with the full cost of the agreed work.
  • Payment terms, stages and timeframe.
  • What you will review before approving the site.
  • Hosting and responsibilities after handover.

From choosing a concept to ordering a website

When paid development begins

Before you order

Choose a concept and send your preferences together in one message.

  • We clarify the details needed to prepare an offer.
  • Check which needs Website Core and the available modules can meet.
  • Agree how the available website features will meet your needs.
  • Agree the price, timeframe and start conditions.

After the agreement and initial payment

Once the documents are signed and the agreed start conditions are met, we move on to development.

  • Plan the pages and features in detail.
  • Build the website and configure the modules.
  • Test how the website works.
  • Prepare it for your review and handover.

Choosing a concept does not commit you to ordering a website. If you decide to continue, the initial payment is 50% of the development cost plus 100% of agreed additional services, listed separately. We begin once the agreement is signed and we have received the initial payment and required materials and access. If a 14-day withdrawal period applies to your order, we will provide a separate early-start request with the agreement. Signing both documents allows us to begin before that period ends. If you do not sign the request, we will wait until the period has ended. We will confirm the start date in writing.

Your feedback

When you review the work and share your comments

If a request changes the agreed design or scope, we explain its effect on the price and timeframe first. We carry out the additional work only after you approve it.

The finished website

A website ready to use and update

Working pages

All the pages included in the agreed scope are built and tested.

A layout for different devices

The website adapts to phone, tablet and computer screens.

The features you chose

The agreed modules are connected and configured for your business.

Content editing tools

Update editable elements on the pages and manage content through your connected modules.

Tested links and forms

We check navigation, forms and other agreed actions on the website.

Launch setup and instructions

We prepare the agreed launch settings and explain how to use the website.

The handover document records the approved website version, files and access provided, management tools, and each party's responsibilities after handover.

Hosting on your own server

If you choose your own hosting and order installation, we will install, configure and test the website once we have the required access. This is a one-off paid service. We agree hosting compatibility and the installation cost before payment.

Development timeframe

Up to 45 calendar days once the start conditions are met

We agree the timeframe in advance and count it from the start date confirmed in writing. If a 14-day withdrawal period applies to your order, we begin after it ends, or earlier if you sign the separate request we provide. In either case, we must have received the initial payment and the agreed materials and access.

Design chosen

You have approved the concept we will use for the website.

Scope agreed

The pages, modules and content editing tools are defined.

Agreement signed

The development terms are recorded in the signed agreement.

Initial payment received

We have received the initial payment specified in the agreement.

Materials and access ready

We have the agreed content, access and domain details needed for the work.

Changes and delays

Agreed scope changes, waiting for materials, access, your replies or approvals, and delays from other providers may affect the timeframe. If this holds up the work, we will explain why and agree a revised completion date.
