What comes with your website

A complete website with its own management tools

You receive a working website with the agreed pages, features and editing tools. We can deploy it to a server or hosting plan you already have or purchase for the website. We also offer hosting on our server for an additional annual fee. Your website runs independently of the internal Servicify system we use during development.

Editing without code

Edit your content and see the changes as you go

The visual editor lets you work directly on the website page. Select an editable element - the editor will show what you can change. Make your changes and save them. Visitors will see the updates once you save.

  • Text and links Update descriptions, contact details and links in the areas you can edit.
  • Images and media Add and replace images and other content supported by your chosen modules. Decorative images that form part of the page layout cannot be changed through these tools.
  • Module content Manage the records and settings of your chosen modules in their dedicated sections.
  • Keeping the design intact Update content without changing the page structure. Changes to the layout itself require a developer.
  • Restore the original version If needed, restore the whole website to its state when we handed it over to you. This removes every change made since handover, not just the most recent edit.

After full payment and handover, you can work with other developers on the website code under the agreement and applicable licences.

Building the website also means preparing it for the updates you will make over time.

  1. Understand what you will update

    We find out which content you plan to update, explain what you can edit in Core and identify modules for your other needs.

  2. Set up the tools

    We set up editable page elements and tools for managing content in your chosen modules.

  3. Check that everything works

    We check that the agreed tools work and that updates appear correctly on the website.

  4. Show you how to use them

    You receive step-by-step instructions and short videos with editing examples. Individual staff training is not included in the handover.
